Hi! I’m Christine Welsh and I am the person behind NiokaWeb! I’ve

been creating website’s since 1999 at which time I launched my own

hobby teddy bear website. I really grew to enjoy the website side of my

hobby and after being asked a number of times by other bear artists,

“Would you make me a site?”  I launched NiokaWeb!

Over the years I have made numerous websites and what I still enjoy best is helping people get

their own little ‘space on the net’ with the ‘look’ of a professional website BUT without the

expensive price tag of the ‘professional developers!
